Blueberries.  Blueberries.  Just another berry?  Not really.  Thanks to Dr. Oz, we now know that blueberries are a "superfood".  So these little berries are packed with super healthy things for us.  :)  Still not real fond of them?  Me either for the most part...

I mean, I have always loved blueberry muffins and pancakes.  But when it comes to just eating blueberries...I'd rather have a raspberry, if I'm gonna have a berry.  Try this and it may change your mind!  :)

When my husband and I were on our honeymoon we stayed at this great bed and breakfast. The served wonderful breakfasts that consisted of things like pecan crusted french toast.  Each morning--we stayed there two nights--they'd serve some fruit with their wonderful main dish of the day.  (My fave dish was that french toast and i have recreated it on many occasions since.)  Anyway, the fruit was so simple.  Just some blueberries, a couple of slices of peaches and something some whole milk.  It also was served with a touch of sugar on top.  Simple and silly right?  Quite delicious though.

Since I don't drink whole milk normally, I have substituted 1% milk for it and just used some blueberries.  Feel free to add whatever fruit you have on hand or prefer though!  I think you'll enjoy it!   Also a great evening snack or really for any time during the day!  :)
