Fat Free Poppy Seed Muffins

Poppy Seed Muffins (Makes 12) 
2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Lemon Juice
1/2 c. Water (or milk)
1/4 c. Poppy Seeds
1/2 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Baking Powder
1/4 t. Salt

Mix together ingredients and fill baking cups (or greased muffin tin) about 1/2 full.  Then bake in a preheated 400degree oven until golden or about 20 minutes. (350 if at high altitude)
