Chocolate Fondue

Who doesn't love chocolate?  Especially rich, warm, dip-able chocolate?  Yum.  I just made this for the dessert to our early Valentine dinner of cheese fondue last night.  The cheese fondue was a big hit, but so was this!   :)

Chocolate Fondue
4 oz.  Chocolate (Semi-Sweet works best)
1/2-1 c. Whipping Cream
Dip-ables -- Strawberries, Marshmallows, Orange slices, Graham Crackers, etc...

1.  Start out by placing 1/2 c. whipping cream in a pot.
 2.  Chop up the chocolate, and then place in the pot too.
 3.  Slowly heat the cream/chocolate mixture until it is melted and well combined.  If you'd like it thinner add more whipping cream.
4.  Carefully pour the chocolate into your fondue pot and serve with the dip-ables!
